UC Davis students throw some of the largest Halloween parties, one of which is called Scared Stiff @ Radcliffs. Students who live on Radcliff Ave ALL throw parties causing a madhouse of other students to come in and partake in the festivities : ) Its pretty much known to shut down by 10pm due to some belligerant who causes a ruckus. This year was no exception, although im sure the rain helped speed things up too ; )
